This girl, this family, this story just has you in knots!! Had a hard time putting the book down, hoping Beth gets a break and can live happily ever after.
This is the continuation of book 1, the story of Elizabeth and Carter. If you think in book 1 Beth was dealt a crappy hand, it doesn't get better. You really just want to cuss out her dad and tell him what a piece of crap he is. This story will bring out the emotions. Excellent author, love it when they can weave a story so absorbing, so all consuming. 10 stars for story and author. Can't wait to find out what happens!
